Looking forward to the Norfolk & Norwich Law Society Annual Dinner & Excellence Awards
We’re counting down to the Norfolk & Norwich Law Society 2026 Annual Dinner & Excellence Awards, and this year The Solicitors’ Charity has even more reason to be excited.
Taking place at The Assembly House in Norwich on Thursday 8 October, the sold-out event will bring together the local legal community for an evening of celebration, networking and recognition.
Our Chair, Dr I. Stephanie Boyce CBE, will be joining the evening as the special guest speaker, and we’re also proud to be supporting this year’s Excellence Awards as an award sponsor.
Celebrating the local legal community
The Annual Dinner & Excellence Awards is an opportunity to recognise the people and achievements making a difference across the Norfolk and Norwich legal community.
Local law societies play an important role in bringing people together, sharing experiences and creating stronger connections across the profession. We’re therefore delighted to be supporting the evening and helping to celebrate some of the fantastic work taking place across the region.
As an award sponsor, we’re particularly looking forward to recognising those making a positive contribution to the profession and celebrating their achievements on the night. The award we’re sponsoring is Legal Support of the Year recognising individuals and teams that provide the critical support that lawyers, and the broader public, rely on. The two nominees picked for this award make a real and significant difference to their clients! It ties in with the supportive ethos of The Solicitors’ Charity: providing that vital lifeline and making a difference to people’s lives.
Dr I. Stephanie Boyce CBE joins as special guest speaker
We’re incredibly proud that our Chair, Dr I. Stephanie Boyce CBE, will be joining the event as its special guest speaker.
As Past President of The Law Society, Stephanie has long championed a more inclusive and supportive legal profession. Her own experiences of leadership, resilience and breaking down barriers have shaped her commitment to helping create a profession in which people have the opportunity not only to enter law, but to thrive throughout their careers.
We’re looking forward to hearing Stephanie share her experiences and perspectives with the Norfolk and Norwich legal community and talk about some of the stories of clients The Solicitors’ Charity supports.
See you in Norwich
It’s fantastic to see that this year’s Annual Dinner & Excellence Awards is now completely sold out, and we’re looking forward to what promises to be a brilliant evening. If you’re joining us at The Assembly House on 8 October, make sure you come and say hello to The Solicitors’ Charity team. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!
